Theme
This poem highlights the importance of teamwork, cooperation, sharing and helping one another. It encourages children to work together with trust and confidence to achieve common goals while developing kindness, friendship and a positive attitude.

Teaching-Learning Process / Activities
The lesson will follow a child-centred and activity-based approach. Students will learn through picture observation, guided reading, repetition, pair work, group activities, classroom interaction and action-based learning so that every child actively participates and gains confidence in using English.

Remedial and Enrichment Activities
Remedial Activities
Provide individual support to children who are unable to read independently. Use flash cards, picture cards, repeated reading, pair reading and teacher guidance to improve pronunciation, vocabulary and reading confidence. Encourage peer learning by pairing struggling readers with confident readers.
Enrichment Activities
Encourage advanced learners to write four to five simple sentences about teamwork or helping others. They may also prepare a small poster with words such as Teamwork, Help, Share and Care and present it before the class.
Follow-up Plan
Students should revise the lesson at home and complete all Textbook Exercises and Workbook Activities related to this lesson.
In the next class, the teacher will discuss the completed exercises, revise important vocabulary, clear students’ doubts and introduce the next lesson through a short discussion, pictures, real-life examples and simple classroom questions.
